Cushman Sawmill, Inc. is a family-owned business founded in 1973. After a quarter century of success, with an intention to build a fully modern, state-of-the-art sawmill, we moved to our current Batesville location. This centralized location is especially suited to serving clients throughout the Mid-South. By 2002, we were already upgrading, adding a grade resaw system.
As in many industries, the economy plays an enormous role in dictating the pace of our business. But we stand ready to continue a tradition of service to our longstanding sawmill customers, as well as adapt to the changing lumber needs of our new scragg mill customers.
